NIACL ASSISTANT | 500 | A candidate must possess the minimum qualification of Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate should have passed in English as one of the subjects at SSC / HSC / Intermediate / Graduation level. Candidate should possess a certificate as proof of passing the qualifying examination as of 01/12/2024. Knowledge of Reading, Writing, and Speaking of the Regional Language of the State / UT against the vacancies for which a candidate wishes to apply, is essential. To ascertain the candidate‘s familiarity with the Regional Language of the State / UT, a language test will be conducted before the final selection. Candidates not found to be proficient in the Regional Language Test would be disqualified. |

- Registering an application:
- ESSENTIAL THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTRATION:
- It is recommended that candidates scan their 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm photo before submitting an online application.
- Signature (written in black ink on white paper)
- Application Fees by Category (GST included) SC, ST, PwBD, and EXS Rs. 100 (GST included) (information charges only) Candidates who are not SC, ST, PwBD, or EXS must pay Rs. 850 (GST included). (Application cost plus notification fee)
- Left thumb impression (in black or blue ink on white paper)
- A handwritten declaration (text provided below) on white paper with black ink.
- assuring that each of these scanned papers complies with the guidelines provided under “Guidelines for scanning and uploading of Documents.”
- If an applicant does not have a left thumb, they can apply using their right thumb. The left thumb impression should be correctly scanned and not smeared.
- The following is the text for the handwritten declaration:
- “I, _ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
- Candidates with visual impairments who are unable to write can have the declaration written, place their thumb imprint from their left hand underneath it, and upload the file according to the guidelines.
- Prepare the information and supporting documentation needed to pay the required application fee and notification expenses online.
- Possess a working personal email address and cellphone number that should remain active till the recruitment process is over. Through the registered email address, the company may notify you to download call letters for the examination, regional language test, etc.
- If a candidate does not have a working personal email address or mobile number, they should establish one before applying online and get a new one. They also need to keep their new email address and mobile number up to current until the recruitment exercise is over.
- ESSENTIAL THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTRATION:
- Application Procedure:
- Applicants must visit the “Recruitment” section of the company’s website at https://www.newindia.co.in and select the “APPLY ONLINE” option, which will launch a new window.
- Select the “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” link to register the application, then input your name, contact information, email address, cellphone number, etc. The system will produce and show a temporary registration number and password on the screen. The candidate has to write down their password and provisional registration number. Additionally, an email and SMS with the password and provisional registration number will be delivered.
- The applicant can use the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab to store the data they have previously submitted if they are unable to finish the application form in one sitting. Candidates are encouraged to check the information in the online application form and make any necessary changes using the “SAVE AND NEXT” feature before applying. Visually impaired candidates should carefully fill out the application and have the information confirmed to make sure it is accurate before submitting it.
- It is recommended that candidates carefully fill out and double-check the information they input in the online application form since once they click the “FINAL SUBMIT” button, there will be no room for revisions.
- The candidate’s name, together with the names of his or her father, husband, and other family members, should be spelled exactly as it appears on the mark sheets and certificates. Any discovered modification might disqualify the applicant.
- Click the ‘VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS’ and ‘SAVE & NEXT’ buttons to confirm your information and save your application.
